A catalog entry repeats only public facts
A catalog entry does not invent a name or a link that is not public yet.
One catalog entry has at most three cells: a public name, a privacy-policy link, and a support link. A cell with nothing public stays blank. A blank cell is not a mistake. Filling it with a temporary name is the mistake. This site has no confirmed app name, so the name cell stays empty. The privacy policy and the reader-help page already exist, so those links can be written. This paper does not discuss how a review will decide, and it does not offer a way around review.
