Revised Statements

A revised statement changes only the sentence the observation sheet supports, and it names the day that revision lasts.
The revision page keeps the old sentence, the new sentence, and the observation numbers that prompted the change. We do not describe the difference as profit, a cure, or a passed review. We do not issue a revision page without an observation sheet. After the revision date, the reader should return to the opening assumption and see whether it has stopped.
